Start here — log in to Deutsche Bank
You'll need your online banking credentials
Download as PDF
RecommendedLog in to Deutsche Bank Online Banking at meine.deutsche-bank.de with your customer ID and password.
Select your account from the account overview.
Navigate to 'Postfach' (electronic mailbox) in the menu.
Find the monthly statement for the desired period.
Click to open, then download and save the PDF file.
Download as CSV
LimitedLog in and navigate to 'Umsätze' (Transactions) for your account.
Set the desired date range using the filter.
Look for a CSV/Excel export option in the transaction view.
Download the file. Note: native CSV export is limited — you may need to export the PDF and use a converter.
Tips & Notes
- •PDF is the primary official format — found in the electronic mailbox (Postfach).
- •Date format is DD.MM.YYYY with comma as decimal separator.
- •Statements are available for up to 10 years online.
