RecomendadoLog in to your Sparkasse online banking (each regional Sparkasse has its own portal).
Navigate to 'Elektronisches Postfach' (electronic mailbox).
Open the desired statement — it will display as PDF.
Save the document locally.
For multiple statements: check the desired documents, click 'Mehr Aktionen' → 'Herunterladen' — they download as a ZIP file.

Log in and select your account.
Set the time period by clicking 'Filtern' in the upper right.
Click 'Exportieren & Drucken' in the upper right.
Select the format 'Excel (CSV-CAMT V2)'.
Download the CSV file.

- •Use the CSV-CAMT V2 format for best compatibility with financial tools.
- •Each regional Sparkasse (e.g., Berliner Sparkasse) has its own login portal.
- •PDF statements are in the Elektronisches Postfach.
